1/25

Starting the 21 Day Fix today. Well...I started last week but didn't do well. I didn't plan enough and just ended up eating this and that and the other thing. So I am really trying this week.

I planned out the meals, snacks, and calculated the containers. I think I have it all down. I made a cheat sheet thing to keep in my purse incase I forget what the containers are and such. I also updated my google sheet...
