I am going to weigh myself every Wednesday. I think making it in the middle of the week will be good.  - don't know why. Just picked Wednesday.

Week 1

I need to and want to lose weight. I am going to keep track of how things are going on here as well as on sparkpeople.com.

On here I can record general stuff and on sparkpeople.com I can keep track more specifically of food, calorie  workout. It will help keep tack of weight also.

Each week I am going to post how things are going in general and then also link some of my favorite and healthy recipes.
