1/25

Starting the 21 Day Fix today. Well...I started last week but didn't do well. I didn't plan enough and just ended up eating this and that and the other thing. So I am really trying this week.

I planned out the meals, snacks, and calculated the containers. I think I have it all down. I made a cheat sheet thing to keep in my purse incase I forget what the containers are and such. I also updated my google sheet...

New Start

January 7, 2015

This is a new start.  Today I got 21 Day Fit in the mail and am excited to start it. I will start on Sunday with lots of planning this weekend. It will be tough this weekend with Amelia's 5th birthday but I can do it. Lots of grapes, carrots, and...well...water. No, we will have something else that is healthy there. And I guess I can have one slice of pizza.

Goals:
- I will post pics weekly of my progress once a week
- I will post measurements once a week
- I will do this.

Week 1

I need to and want to lose weight. I am going to keep track of how things are going on here as well as on sparkpeople.com.

On here I can record general stuff and on sparkpeople.com I can keep track more specifically of food, calorie  workout. It will help keep tack of weight also.

Each week I am going to post how things are going in general and then also link some of my favorite and healthy recipes.
